My Story
I am Vivette, the proud mum of 3 and grandmother of 5. I am a passionate advocate for lifelong health and wellbeing. With 40 + years of experience in Early Years education and training, I’ve spent my career helping families nurture happy, healthy children.

Now, as a qualified Nutrition and Wellbeing Advisor, I’m realising my long-held passion for helping people achieve and maintain health through balanced, evidence-based nutrition. I believe that good health doesn’t come from fad diets or restriction, but from making small, sustainable changes that fit real life. My approach is supportive and practical – focused on guiding individuals and families to make healthy food swaps and to create colourful, satisfying meals to enjoy their food as a source of nourishment and connection. I meet you at your level, where you are in life’s journey to health and wellness so that we can proceed together in a way that is right for you.

I believe that good nutrition is about real food, and plenty of it, not about restrictions and denying treats and being hungry, that’s neither fun nor sustainable. My mission is to help individuals and families make simple, achievable changes — swapping foods, creating colourful and filling meals, and rediscovering the joy of eating well and where possible together as a family or with friends.

My specialist areas include:
-
Weight management for all ages, through realistic, supportive strategies
-
Minimising the effects of fibromyalgia with nutrition and lifestyle adjustments
-
Nutrition and obesity prevention for children
-
Healthy eating for seniors
Whether it’s empowering parents to raise confident, healthy eaters or guiding adults toward feeling their best, I’m here to help people become the best version of themselves — one small, supported, change at a time.
